I created Voulez-Vous BonBon in 2022 after working at Temper Chocolates and Confections for 4 years, three of which were spent as head chocolatier. Since 2020, I have been certified as a professional chocolatier by Ecole Chocolat. I've created custom bonbons for restaurants, breweries, and distilleries throughout Colorado, including Odell Brewing Company, Smok Barbecue, and Block Distillery. I've also worked with Louis Vuitton, Patagonia, and Visit Denver. In 2019, I was awarded the People's Choice Award in the Sweets category for Food Fight Denver. In the same year, I was named as a one of the Women Leading the Front Range Culinary Scene in 5280 magazine.

With an educational background in art, fashion, and photography, I try to bring a keen visual eye to all of my chocolate by designing and hand painting each bonbon. My flavor and design inspirations come from pop culture, travel, and seasonal botanicals as I seek to create unexpected flavor pairings like the fennel-caramel, and fresh tarragon combination that won the 2019 People's Choice Award. Other unique pairings include horseradish-pandan white chocolate ganache with basil, and za'atar and olive oil milk chocolate ganache with honey cranberry jam. I've even worked with chapulines(grasshoppers)! I’m also well versed in classic flavors that will satisfy any palate.

Making chocolate has long been a passion of mine, and I'm very excited to share my love of creating bonbons with all of you here in Northern Colorado. I'm able to fulfill custom personal orders for events such as baby showers, weddings, retirement parties, birthdays, fundraisers, and more, as well as larger commercial accounts.
